In the early 1900s, if you visited what you now know as The Moon, you would have stepped into an old movie theatre. That same movie theatre partially burned a few years later and was then rebuilt to house a Ford Dealership. Fast forward to the early 2000s and the same venue would then serve as a warehouse for Lynn Moon's interior design company. A warehouse that the owner, Sunni McAllister, would play amongst the larger than life rolls of carpet and lighting fixtures with her little brother, Skyler. This building has been in her family for many years, but it wasn't until 2020 that it was converted into a live music venue; a dream Lynn Moon had for years. Upon Lynn's retirement in 2021, Sunni McAllister was given the opportunity to buy the theatre and she couldn't turn it down. Her love for music and performing would set the stage for what you have seen for the last 2 years and for what is still to come in the future for The Moon.

The Moon is a live music venue with a seating capacity of 150 and a standing capacity of 500. The venue hosts ticketed concerts throughout the year, usually 2-3 per month. Some of the acts you may see on our stage are Grammy Nominated, Dove Award Winning, Grand Ole Opry Members, Gaither Music Artists, Local Artists, Up-and-Coming Musicians, Comedians and more.
